Mutismus – Mutism:

A communication disorder resulting in an inability to speak. This includes individuals who are normally capable of speech but are unable to speak in specific situations.

Myofunktionelle Störung – Orofacial myofunctional disorder:

A muscle disorder of the mouth and face which affects muscle tone and tension due to motor, sensory, and/or skeletal abnormalities.
